The needle tip guard is a tough rubber tube designed to slip over needle groupings after they have been soldered. The protective casing will keep the needles safe and prevent them from bending, snapping or crushing. Soldering a tattoo needle takes time and effort so it is important to make sure that you keep them safe. Soldering tattoo needles was once practiced by all tattoo apprentices but today it is not done as much. With pre-soldered needles available artists are able to save a lot of time. To become a truly exceptional artist though soldering your own needles is a must. The process allows you to get a feel of the tools you use and a full understanding of how they work. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?
