This Ink-Out cleaning product is ideal for use in the tattoo industry as it is specially formulated to remove tattoo ink from instrument and equipment. It is a concentrated formula that is dilution at a ratio of 1 to 30. This is very economical, as well as being environmentally friendly. The liquid formulation is much easier to use than a powder as it does not require stringent mixing or dissolving. This product is designed for use in the ultrasonic cleaning units that are also available on our websites. Ink-Out will thoroughly cleanse your instruments, tips, grips and tubes effectively and safely.

Ink-Out Tattoo Ink Cleaner is ideal for use in your tattoo studio. Removing ink and debris from tips, grips, tube and other instruments can be very tricky. With this specially formulated solution, it can be done safely and quickly. It is designed for use with an ultrasonic cleaning unit and ensures that your equipment is always clean and safe for use. It superior formula rapidly removes all colour inks from tattoo tubes and accessories. This cleaning product is environmentally friendly and helps to cut down on the use of harsh, damaging chemicals. Ink-Out's unique blend of biodegradable surfactants offer high cleaning performance without glycol ethers or other hazardous petroleum based solvents. This is very unusual in a product that offers such reliable and effective cleaning performance every time. Due to this gentle formula you will not have to worry about any unpleasant odours or strong fumes when using it. This can sometimes be an issue for artists and clients who may suffer with asthma as some cleaning products can easily trigger off symptoms that cause them breathing difficulties. Directions:
  1. This product is a concentrate: dilute 1 part to 30 parts water.
  2. Use Directly in ultrasonic machine.
  3. To clean, place parts in the accessory basket.
  4. Insert basket in ultrasonic tank filled to 2/3 full of properly diluted solution
  5. Run ultrasonic machine until tubes are free of ink.
  6. After ultrasonic cleaning, plunge tubes with wire brush using cleaning solution and rinse thoroughly under running water.
  7. Sterilize tubes in autoclave prior to use.

If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
