This is not a mixture for use for tattooing purposes. When supplied in the EU, this ink is NOT to be injected or introduced into a persons's skin, mucous membrane, or eyeball with the aim of making a mark or design on the body. It is intended exclusively for use on practice, synthetic skin.

This particular shade of black, known as triple black, is a vivid and strong colour but not as heavy as lining black inks, so while it can be used to produce some softer lines it is most suitable for use in tribal tattoo designs. The ink is a non-toxic and organic option which is available in a selection of the most popular sizes to ensure that you have everything you need for any size or number of tattoos, and of course it gives you the opportunity to reduce costs and waste materials. The colour, known as triple black, has been more specifically designed to be used for tribal tattoo designs, which have always been and will always be a very popular option in the industry, the strong colour is long lasting and vivid against the skin, making it an ideal option for these designs but not as heavy as most lining inks, making it much more suitable for tribal designs than the lining blacks tend to be. The ink is, like all eternal inks, produced using a selection of natural materials which help to ensure that it is not only a long lasting and beautiful colour, but also that the ink itself is a non-toxic and organic solution, which means that it is less abrasive against the skin and less likely to cause irritation. To further ensure the comfort and quality the ink provides we sterilize all of our inks, which removes any potentially harmful bacteria that might have otherwise been the cause of irritation, allergic reaction and even infection. Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
