This is not a mixture for use for tattooing purposes. When supplied in the EU, this ink is NOT to be injected or introduced into a persons's skin, mucous membrane, or eyeball with the aim of making a mark or design on the body. It is intended exclusively for use on practice, synthetic skin.

The Liz Cook series includes a total of 23 colours, all designed by the world famous portrait tattoo artist herself. Among these colours is this particular option of jade green, which provides a soft shade of green ideal for blending with a variety of skin tones and other colours, making it a particularly useful option for portrait tattoos. As with all eternal inks you can be certain of the quality provided thanks to the selection of natural materials that go into producing the ink, these not only ensure a long lasting and beautiful colour from the end result, but also ensure that the ink itself is an organic and non-toxic option.

This particular shade of green is somewhat softer and cooler than most, provide a more neutral and gentle option that blends well with a variety of other colours, particularly skin tones, making it an ideal option for portrait tattoos. This is one of the 23 colours designed by Liz Cook, the world famous portrait tattoo artist known for the detail, realism and quality of her portrait tattoos; it is also part of the eternal inks portrait colours range. As with all eternal inks you can be confident of the quality of this particular option, like the others it is produced using a selection of natural ingredients that help to ensure not only that the colour is vibrant and long lasting but also that the ink itself is organic and non-toxic. It is the organic nature of the ink that is particularly helpful to artists, as this reduces the chances that the ink will cause irritation to the skin. This risk is further reduced by our sterilization process, something that very few suppliers invest in, despite the benefits. The sterilization includes the use of advanced gamma ray technology to eliminate bacteria within the ink, it is this bacteria that would have otherwise been the most likely cause of irritation, allergic reaction and even infection.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
