This is not a mixture for use for tattooing purposes. When supplied in the EU, this ink is NOT to be injected or introduced into a persons's skin, mucous membrane, or eyeball with the aim of making a mark or design on the body. It is intended exclusively for use on practice, synthetic skin.

There are plenty of perfect undead colours available as part of the eternal inks rather unique zombie range, including this ideal cool shade of frost bite blue. The icy flesh of the frozen to death can be very difficult to replicate in a tattoo design without the right colours, this particular option however provides you with a fantastic cold shade of blue that blends easily with a range of skin tones to give your designs that perfect look of a frost bitten death. For your convenience this is available in a selection of sizes, is organic, non-toxic, never frozen and sterilized; so you can be completely confident about the quality, cleanliness and freshness of the inks you order from us.

As with all eternal inks this is a high quality option that will retain the vibrant, bold qualities of the colour for a long time to come. The ink is produced using a selection of the best possible natural ingredients, meaning that the ink is not only non-toxic, but organic too, providing a greatly reduced chance that the ink will cause irritation to your customers when applied to the skin. This is a risk we help to further reduce by sterilizing all of our inks, the process is done using gamma radiation to eliminate any potentially harmful bacteria that would have otherwise been present in the ink.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
