This is not a mixture for use for tattooing purposes. When supplied in the EU, this ink is NOT to be injected or introduced into a persons's skin, mucous membrane, or eyeball with the aim of making a mark or design on the body. It is intended exclusively for use on practice, synthetic skin.

This is a perfect, soft but darker green, ideal for use in portrait work. The colour was designed by the world famous portrait artist Liz Cook, then developed by Eternal Inks to produce the highest quality ink possible, using a selection of natural materials to ensure that the end result is an organic, non-toxic and long lasting green pigment ink. The organic nature of the ink helps to reduce the chances that the ink will cause irritation on the skin, which is further helped by our strict process of sterilizing all of our inks before distribution, ensuring that any bacteria that may have cause a reaction or even infection are removed.

Portrait tattoo inks aren’t all flesh colours, as all good artists know. A realistic and detailed portrait tattoo requires a lot more colour, including vibrant pinks, deep reds and soft greens. This forest green was designed by the world famous portrait tattoo artist Liz Cook and was developed to provide an ideal, natural shade of green to blend perfectly with your other portrait colours to produce a realistic in depth piece of artwork. There are plenty of other colours to select in this range, with Liz Cook’s series including 23 different shades and the portrait range containing many more than that. All of these inks are developed to the same high standards as all other Eternal Inks, meaning that they are produced using the same selection of natural ingredients to ensure that the end product is non-toxic and organic. This helps to reduce the chances of your customers suffering a reaction to the inks. To further help reduce the chances of a reaction we sterilize all of our inks, this is done using advanced gamma ray technology to eliminate any bacteria within the ink that may have otherwise cause irritation or even infection. We take your confidence in the inks you order very seriously, so we ensure all of our inks are supplied in a selection of the most popular sizes, allowing you to select the amount of ink you need without increasing waste materials or cost any more than you have to. We also never freeze our inks, so you can be confident in the freshness of all the products you order from us.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
