BPA Piercing Aftercare is lubricant that has been made from a light natural oil. When applied to the piercing jewellery it make it much easier to turn and clean. It is also useful when you are stretching ear lobes and for dermal implants. It is suitable for all skin types and maintains hygiene by using an internal dropper. BPA can be applied to all external piercings but should not be used internally. It is made up from a number of active natural plant ingredients which contain vitamins which help to nourish and enrich the skin. This product is available in packs of 24 10ml bottles.

It is suitable for all skin types and is applied using an internal dropper which also helps maintain hygiene standards. BPA Piercing Aftercare can be applied to almost any external piercing including ears and navel. It can also be used on stretched ear lobes and dermal implants. It is a gentle but effective piercing aftercare care product that can be easily absorbed without tarnishing jewellery. It is animal cruelty free and has been approved under the Humane Cosmetics standard. It is suitable for vegans and contains no parabens. BPA Piercing Aftercare is not only kind to your skin but will also ensure your piercing heal properly and fully. It is also a great for prepping the earlobe for stretching and can help prevent any keloid scarring in your piercings. Some of the ingredients in BPA include; sunflower oil, lavender, tea tree, niaouli and vitamin E. There is also additional vitamin added for extra skin nourishment.

If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
