The original Stencil Stuff was first developed in 2005 by Professional Tattoo Artists, who thought that stencil artwork could be applied more detailed, with better precision and for longer. To begin with they experimented with homemade solutions and over time were able to perfect them with the help of high calibre laboratories. The lotion itself is quite creamy, laboratory formulated, non-toxic and safe for use on the majority of skin types. It is designed to make the transfer more crisp, cleaner and sharper to enhance it and to help prevent the risk of cross contamination. If using Stencil Stuff you will not need to bloodline or grey line and it will help to aid you in outlining. Stencil Stuff is easily removed from the skin if the stencil is positioned wrong or doesn’t turn out as you would like it to. Simply apply alcohol to the area and reapply the original thermal copy. This can be used a number of times before the stencil becomes damaged or unusable. If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
